Alliance Pizzerias


In 2011, the Alliance opened up to pizzerias as well as restaurants. Italian tomatoes and buffalo mozzarella, natural ingredients and, most importantly, a lengthy rising for the dough: The Alliance pizzerias, as well as dedicating special attention to Presidia, are selected by Slow Food according to standards that guarantee quality and respect for tradition.
