The Alliance is a large, supportive network linking chefs with small-scale and Slow Food Presidia producers. Alliance chefs commit to regularly using and promoting these products, indicating the name of the producer on their menus.
Morocco is the first African country to join Slow Food's international project, which is already active in Italy and the Netherlands.
Each day more restaurants and chefs decide to join the network. In Casablanca and Rabat, for example, there are already chefs that cook with products from Presidia and farming communities in the Maroc Taswiq network.
